Re-Hydration
Most of the people drink beverages like coffee, tea or sports drinks while depressed or stressed. However, they fail to realize the healthiest drink – water. Our body and organs are largely dependent on water for working. If the level of water in the body gets reduced, we will not be able to perform to our abilities and hence get stressed. Depletion of water in the body causes both mental and physical stresses. In offices, there is air conditioning which creates a very dry atmosphere and also makes the people more susceptible to de hydration. Therefore, you must always keep water with you at the workplace and keep yourself properly hydrated.
