A brisk walk in fresh air can have a calming effect. Even escaping the confines of your room or office for a while can be very helpful. Along with walking, keep saying encouraging things to yourself. Some exercises and jogging should also be practiced to keep the body energetic and relaxing. While walking, you can interact with people and maintaining humor at the same time. Being daft can reduce a great deal of stress from the mind and body.
